We went to an "appetizers and dessert" party over the weekend, and we were each asked to bring an appetizer. I finally combined some ideas to make the Goat Cheese Rounds, and then made the Szechuan noodles, even though they're not exactly finger food, because I thought there wouldn't be enough food (wow, was I wrong!).

Ok guys.. still on the PASTA thing here! Here's pasta item #3 plus another side we just couldn't resist.. sorry for the hasty photo but we were so psyched to eat this that I almost didn't take one at all haha.
