I have just about finished the first week of the four week residential CFS physical rehab program that I'm attending in Melbourne.
It's been really good so far. I've made new friends and do fun activities like hydrotherapy and gym.

I've been teaching myself to skate ever since I got my board.
On Friday I went down the coast, to a place called Potato Point with my mum, our friend Tatjana, and Tatjana's dog Poppy. It wasn't very exciting. Actually I was very sick for a lot of the time. I've always wanted to learn how to skateboard. A friend tried to teach me once. He told me to step onto his board while at the top of the very small hill in his backyard and try to stay on till the bottom.
