I started WeightWatchers again properly. Well... I say properly.

I am currently sitting in McDonalds, the one attached to Asda, because I almost had a meltdown shopping for food. Buying food shouldn’t stress me out. At. All. But it does. And has done for a long time.

Today is the first day back at work for me. *le sigh* But I am only working 2 days this week, so that is a good thing.

I am having bad period of hand pain. I got diagnosed with tendonitis when I was younger, and since then I have been relatively sore. It is a thing I am used to, having to take painkillers when it gets a bit much, but lately it ( Read more... )

For as long as I have struggled with my mental health, I have never been in a work place so supportive. There is a lot of people who are super nice and understanding. Especially when I have melt downs on the shop floor, which has been happening frequently.

Yeah, kind of fell apart there.

I have spent this week getting used to new medication for my anxiety. As I was advised by the doctor, it could make me sleepy and cause my energy to go down the toilet. And it did. I managed enough energy to get to work, and get home again, but that was about it. But that was kind of expected.

Today was a mixed bag. I got insanely panicked over something outwith my control, as per usual. Which ended up with me crying in the middle of the shop floor, in front of everyone again.
