I have a few categories. There are some old stories, some new ones, some funny ones, and at least one really sad one, but it mostly comes down to "things I come back to read again and again".

I've only been a member here a couple of months, and though the archive is huge and luscious I decided I ought to rec things I'd actually seen here first.

So here are a few recs of drabbles I have particularly enjoyed recently. Most are funny, because the form lends itself to comedy, but one or two are heartbreaking. Read and you'll see ( Under the cut for some great drabbles. )

For this one, I went way back to the beginning and kicked it old skool. (Kicked what, exactly? ...I don't know. Whatever it is that people kick when they kick whatever it is they kick in an old skool way - so old it predates the correct spelling of "school."
