I'm woefully behind on just about any reading there is, but I have a few oldies I quite enjoyed.

I'll Have Your Guts for Garlands by ubiquirk.
Entering their lair located under the northern out-flung wing of the Pražský hrad, Spike stops short at the sight that greets him. “What are you doing, pet?”

“I’m having a party, a pretty party, where the girls squeal as the red drips and drips and drips.” Drusilla smiles up at him, fingers streaking blood down her cheek as she caresses her own skin.

Always Laughing by lilachigh.
Spike sat back on his heels and glared up at her. It was deeply shaming to be hit so hard by something that small and slender. The crinkled blonde hair, the smudged make up round her eyes; she looked like a child who’d just gotten out of bed.

He raised an eyebrow at the rope in her hands. “Keen for a bit of bondage, are we, luv? Didn’t know you and Peaches went in for that sort of thing. Well, I knew Liam did, of course. He taught me. Used to tie us all up, me Darla and Dru and leave us for days to see which one of us could get free first. Mind you, he taught us other tricks to play when you’re tied up. Like me to demonstrate?”

You Can Tell a Lot About a Person From Their Hot Water Heater by laurtew.
The water heater was old, although far newer than the house itself and Rupert vividly remembered the grinding noises that it made. When he was very small he’d been sure the noise was made by a monster. The heater had to cycle on and off to keep the water warm and the swooshing, grating noises would echo up through the floorboards at all hours of the night. Though it did its best, the heater could only keep so much water hot for so long and some of the clearest memories of his childhood were of the lukewarm water that came out of the tap when he poured his bath because he’d been the gentleman and allowed his sister to go first.

And yet it happens,
Over and again.

Is This Weird? by firefly_124.
He tried to focus on the red of her hair, easily the most vibrant thing in the library. The way it swung about her face, the way she sometimes seemed to try to hide behind it, even though it wasn't that long anymore.

It turns gray.

He wants it to be red. There should always be red.

Easy-Bake by beer_good_foamy.
"Mornin', sleepyhead."

Tara awakes to the smell of coffee, freshly baked bread, bacon, eggs, pancakes, the aroma of orange juice mixing with the sun seeping in through the curtains. "Mmmmorng..." She blinks against the light, everything still a bit slow and syrup-y half-sleepy, before looking up at Willow who's balancing a breakfast tray that looks to be bigger than her, and a proud grin on top of it.
