Tonight "J" and I went to visit my parents (with a quick errand along the way). On the way she read (on her phone) the journal entry I wrote this evening - then apologized for dropping out of our conversation. I said that was no problem; reading my journal is still paying attention to me. (Maybe one had to be there for that to be funny.)

For a while, "J" has wanted a cold frame. Late this afternoon, she found an ad on Craigslist for a bunch of old windows that had been salvaged from a house that was being demolished. She phoned the seller, and made an appointment to visit. We got there and bought five of them.

When I peeked at Facebook this morning, several people had linked Google Motion. It sounded cool. Then I remembered: it's April Fools' Day. Good job, Google pranks department.
This afternoon, I had a business appointment. It went well enough, but it leaves me with a lot of work to do.
