maybe i've just been too exposed to the media lately, but it seems like every movie i've seen in the past week is some sort of amalgamation of other films/tv shows/etc. or maybe these films ARE just derivatives of other popular things...maybe ALL films are and i'm just especially cognizant of it right now. I don't feel older. I don't feel wiser. I just feel lonely.
