I'm not freaking out yet about the lack of a position this fall yet. From my experience last year, I was hired 3 weeks before school started. Hopefully something will open up, even if it's another long term sub for half the year I'll take it (as long as it's close to where I live). Still waiting out for a full-time position at the moment.
