Oh and in other news I am starting my 5th week of work. I am was procrastinating like mad to plan my lessons. Well, not that the week isn't planned out in my head, but I noticed that if I sit down and really think it through all the way to clean up (my biggest challenge), I have more of an idea of how to cope when miscommunication strikes.
