Well, I saw Apocalyptica last night at the Webster. I went with two of my college friends and it was AMAZING. Seeing the Finnish cello quartet live perform Metallica covers and their own material was just breath taking. I honestly love it when classically trained musicians cross over into performing other genres of music. Their guest vocalist happened to be the singer from Fuel.

I'm still getting to know the band members. But since they were so different and interesting, I figured I'd describe a little bit of each.
Eicca Toppinen seems to be the lead. He is tall, muscular, and has long blond hair that he is amazingly good at spinning around while quickly playing his cello. His voice is deep and heavily accented.
Paavo Lotjonen didn't speak in the mic at all, but he provided several crowd cues. He kind of reminds me of your standard industrial looking guy; a man with short black hair, kind of spiky, a larger frame but muscular, and wearing a black denim jacket with pockets and zippers.
Perttu Kivilaakso is this skinny man with long brown hair. He came strutting on the stage wearing tight black jeans, a black fur vest, and fingerless gloves. He also spoke into the mic a couple of times but his voice is totally different than Eicca's. It sounds kind of high pitched and waxy, kind of like the French soldier in Monty Python. He made a comment about how hot it was and how the humidity was causing their bows to stick funny...kind of like, hmm, let me not say. Moving on...
Antero Manninen is actually apparently a former member makes live appearances sometimes. (We got lucky obviously!) He's the guy that is silent and seated during the entire concert, wearing a full suit and little sunglasses the entire time. You can see him in their earlier videos especially in Harmaggedon.
Mikko Siren is the band's permanent drummer. He is absolutely amazing and helps keep the energy flowing in their live shows. He seems a bit older than Eicca, Paavo, and Perttu.
P.S.
This is how I dress when I'm about to rock out:
