When I looked at the run scheduled for yesterday, I thought it might kill me. We ran immediately after a brief (but intense) rock climbing session, so I was already a little tired. We went climbing last night, although I was kind of beat from climbing the night before. I made it up a 5.6, but it was much harder than the two or three 5.6s I climbed on Monday. I'd done the course before and it shouldn't have felt so difficult. I stuck to easier courses after that, but even so I ran out of steam pretty quickly ( Read more... )

Is anyone else irritated by the most recent comedity? First, none of the holds seem to be labeled in any way, whatsoever. Not to mention that the implication of the previous strip was that it would be just the two of them--in which case, who's belaying?!
