On Friday, fairmer and I were at the restaraunt, waiting formrgeddylee, qrssama and jillfelice. Waiter Guy came up. "Are you waiting for three more - are you twins?"
Mer and I said, "Bwuh?" and Waiter Guy pointed at us. "You're the same color."
And indeed, Mer and I were wearing the exact same shirt. -
"I can't find the words to describe how hideous the monster was, but I'll do an interpretive dance."
My beloved stylist has switched salons, so I was checking out the web page for the new place, specifically their waxing prices for the next time I feel the need to invoke the nuclear option upon my brows (am not in love with their current shape. We were at dinner last week, for jillfelice's birthday, and jillfelice, qrssama, fairmer and I are having discussion about gaming, sf and f, fandom, cons and the like, and being mocked by our respective spouses, when jillfelice's husband pauses, sits back, and says, "This has to be the only table in the world where the guys are making fun of their women for being too geeky."
