I'm only working a half day today, and then I leave work to start on my long list of stuff to do to get ready for my flight tomorrow to Chicago and David & Joe watching!

I'm really getting excited, and hope I have as good a time as I expect. \o/

We had a power outage at around 4am this morning. I know this because the cradle for my cordless phone beeped when the power went out and woke me up. Yes, I am that light of a sleeper. I spent the entire long weekend watching nothing but football from the bowl games to yesterday's final games of the NFL regular season. The Steelers didn't make the playoff's because Baltimore and the Jets didn't lay down and die for them. I'm a little upset, but what the hell; there's always next year. I just checked the Creation Con site and saw that they've added Chris Heyerdahl to the August Chicago Con. ToddToddToddToddTodd. And also Big Guy/John Druitt on Sanctuary. I'm so stoked!

First off, let me say that Molson's Canadian draft beer? Delish. Also? I'm now 2 1/2 sheets to the wind and I've only had one pint and a few sips of a half a pint. Shit's strong or something, cause I can drink the beer.
