Pre-workout smoothie of the day (all quantities are approximate):
1/2 C ice 1 banana 2 T natural peanut butter splash of vanilla dash of cinnamon 1/4-1/3 C dark chocolate, chopped or in chips Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, to taste/consistency 1 packet stevia 1-2 T ground flax seed
