Post-workout smoothie of the day:
1/2-3/4 c ice
1 ripe banana
1/2 c lowfat vanilla yogurt
3 large strawberries
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk to taste/consistency
1 heaping spoonful of natural peanut butter
2 scoops (3-4 T?) ground flax seed
1 packet stevia
splash of vanilla extract
Kinda tastes like a creamy PB&J.
P.S. Is anybody else in love with Awake? That show is getting SO GOOD, I'm bummed that it got cancelled. The finale airs tonight! What's gonna happppennnn... (That is a rhetorical question, don't spoil me)
