I know it's snowing where half of you are, and it's pretty cold here too, but nonetheless this is what I'm enjoying right now:
2 cups frozen raspberries and strawberries
1 banana
6 oz vanilla yogurt (I like
Brown Cow low-fat fruit on the bottom)
juice of half a lemon
2-3 oz water to thin
Agave/honey/sugar to taste (optional)
Blend, pour, sip. :-) Makes one huge smoothie or two reasonable ones.
