- Finally got myself Katamari Damacy a month ago, and it IS as much fun as everyone says it is. Also obtained Metroid Prime 2, Zelda: Minish Cap, and Classic Zelda II for GBA. Went to Beach Gameland again to play IIDX. This time I brought my sister along to show her what the arcade version looked like. They replaced the old widescreen monitor with a new plasma screen. Well, I finally got my IIDX controller last night, which came here rather quickly. From what I can tell, it seems to be in working order, though I had to test it by playing Tekken. :P I've already cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and modded the keys with dime-sized cardboard disks. After the success of IIDX 7th Style, Konami JP has announced IIDX 8th Style CS for PS2, to be released on November 18, including brand new songs by Sana, Togo, and L.E.D. There will also be a special limited release of the game, which also comes with a collection box for the other PS2 styles, a DVD, a V-Rare soundtrack, and a magazine.
