Yay! I've finally gotten off my tail and drew a new LJ icon. This is a clean version of a pic I've just drawn yesterday that I'm coloring right now. I've decided to draw Sobek to look a bit more like me RL (glasses, pudgy, goatee) The original's a bit more..um..showy than this. That's all I'll say. ^.~

If making friends with new people that share common interests means that you have to compete with all their other more important friends for attention or be ignored, abandoned and just feel unwelcomed, is even trying to befriend them even worth it?

I'm feel like I'm boring to most people. Although I have many contacts in my buddy lists, few seem to want to talk to me first, which in my simple krokohead interprets as that I'm too bland and uninteresting to talk to. Well, tomorrow (Aug. 3) is my 22nd birthday. Whee, I suppose. All that I shall be receiving this year is a new 19" monitor to replace the one the died on me a few weeks ago and my sister's old 15GB iPod that I can't upload to because it doesn't work with my computer's Windows 98 and USB 1.0.
