Specifically the turn-based RPGs that I prefer.

The minigame/puzzle that has to be gotten through to continue with the plot. Not played on the side to get the best items or whatever, but actually stick you in the same place for hours and hours trying to beat the accursed thing, and always juuust missing.

Aargh.

This last week has been the coldest weather Minnesota's seen in three, four years (down to -40F wind chill.) And since my apartment's on timed heat and not really well insulated, it gets very chilly in here.
