Miscellany
This last weekend I purchased and played a bit of Final Fantasy Tactic Advance. Really, honestly, too *much* fun.
On Saturday, went to a place called "Ingredients" in White Bear Lake for a family celebration. Mom's birthday and parents' anniversary. Restaurant was good food, but awfully dark and cramped-feeling.
Afterwards, we went out to see the train station (long since turned into a gift shop). It was closed, but the zinnias were in bloom, and the butterflies were all over them. My brother's kids are just old enough to learn bad habits, including picking other people's flowers. (tsk, older niece!)
Got some manga, including an issue of Comics CoroCoro, which I'll review separately.
Tonight, I got home to find a "rent is late" notice on my door, which is odd given that I actually paid in person this month, and the check cleared. Despite being told to contact the office immediately, no one bothered to come in and open said office....So I wasted an hour and a half waiting. Nrrg.
