Friday night was spent in the beach house at Umina. Had a great time, even if it pelted down practically the whole time we were there. In fact, as soon as we pulled in the drive, the wind picked up and pushed the rain to a practically horizontal angle!

Yesterday was good. I got up nice and late, bummed around the house doing some stuff that needed doing, then finally headed off to see boots262. Finally got round to sorting through the photos I took during my holiday. There are pics from most of the main things we got up to, including Christmas lunch at my godmother's place, Boxing day at the Gold Coast, and a few shots of Dad's school.

Spent much of the day in shopping malls today, which had the bonus of airconditioning. It was good to have some alone-time with Dad; it's something we obviously don't get much of. Christmas shopping is finally finished (despite discovering that somebody had already been given the present I had already planned and bought for them >.< )
