On Monday the company moved to its new, plush, harbourside offices. I rode in - to motorcycle parking space 13, picked up bike clothing locker 13. New mouse, new keyboard, same old base unit and monitor. It started about 10:30. I'd gotten too much done in to little a time. And then the cold started. Almost unperceivable at first - I've never felt the damn thing develop before. Here I am several hours later pouring over JD and decongestants. Must be back on my feet for tomorrow. Too much to do.

Back after 4 days ill. Still rough. Not fun. 3 projects just hit my desk and more to come. Oh joy. The last 4 days have been totally unproductive. Joy abounded however in the fact that the bike started first time this morning. Noticed another festival in its 5th year and still we're not in it. BTV. There is a possibility that the continual headaches of late may be as simple as blocked sinuses. It may be as complicated as a brain tuma (cancer being prevalent in my family). Indian meal in the middle of Bristol somewhere past the arches on Gloucester Road, courtesy of larpexiles. Great company the occasional story and a mild inclusion of the Shape of Things to Come. I've been fairly ill this weekend and am coming back to myself only today. I've created an almost complete DVD. God forbid I ever take all this into account when I get to the other end. Last day in work til January today. Got the decorations up as the girls dressed the tree the last night. The festive spirit is upon us. Tonight is Yule and I'm looking forward to passing through this time of year. Still so much to do. Breakfast this morning is a mince pie (leftovers from some brought in yesterday by one of the team) and half a can of diet coke on top of more pain killers.
