Last night was an adventure in making shrimp corn chowder. Turns out the recipe I used would have been better for a large group of people, and as a result I now have 6 pints of frozen soup plus two more in the fridge for later. Well, I broke my New Year's Resolutions last week, but I'm choosing to view it as a vacation rather than a failure. Yesterday was long, wearing, and ugh-ly in a number of ways, but it's over now, and that's all there is to say about that.
