I shoved snow and I'm still alive. Though I'm weary about driving around, since the streets and driveway are packed with flattened snow, which will probably become ice soon. The snowing has slowed down and a lot has been left behind to shovel. I ended up staying awake until 5am, and didn't get up until noon. When I woke up, my mom was still here, since she couldn't get to work, or rather it'd be crazy to risk going to work on unplowed roads, even in an SUV. It has been snowing for several hours now. None of it has stuck yet, but the weather isn't cold enough to allow anything to stick. I'm sure all of that will change later tonight when the temperatures fall to near or below freezing. When it's all done, I wonder how much snow will be left in the area.
