I finally caved and paid for the latest firmware upgrade for my iTouch. I didn't want most of the apps that came with the upgrade, but I wanted to be able to install last.fm and that meant upgrading. I'm also considering getting an iPhone and this upgrade would let me see how well the mail application works for me ( Read more... )

What other radio station in Montreal would possibly play the Flaming Lips (sadly)?

Okay - back to prepping for class now....

Overall, a quiet weekend. Most folks thought I was out of town, but a change of plans in car arrangements meant that I ended up in town after all. I kept waiting for it to rain. The forecasters promised it, but aside from a dump on Saturday night. No rain.

I did a lot of bicycling this weekend, both along the canal and along the waterfront.

The radio is playing Gowan, Strange Animal actually. I'm smiling. I used to have a dance routine to that song. I love Gowan. Too bad all my albums are on vinyl. Suddently I feel like buying a CD....
