I spent a fun day with my friend Harry, who I've know since primary school. Just finished reading 'The Glass Books of the Dream Eaters' by G.W Dahlquist. Exquisite! A wonderful page turner with not only a great mystery at it's core but some brilliant characters, I particularly liked Dr Svenson and deliciously evil Contessa. Fans of Flashman (and Sharpe) might enjoy 'Coward on the Beach' by James Delingpole... it's been sort of suggested that it's Flashman in WW2. I have to go shoe shopping tomorrow :( my trainers have literally fallen apart and required liberal amounts of gaffa tape to get me home.
