I was a bit bored between shows the other day and we have a spooky looking air-conditioning service room thingy under the spot box. I had my camera on me so I decided to take a few pictures, annoyingly the battery died so I didn't get to do as many as I would have liked but I had enough to play around with.

Merlyn went to the vets - it probably is his teeth but he was so freaked out the vet didn't want to sedate him. He's got some liquid food (which he likes, thankfully... doesn't like the syringe though) and I'm going to take him back next week. I think he needs his back teeth clipped, so fingers crossed! Friday was hanging with Holmesians day. Had lots of fun at the National Army Museum with spacefall, kathie_d, wolfie_sara and pudupudu, it's unfortunate that the Cold War section was under construction but their Conflicts of Interest section was brilliantly set up. I am now the proud owner of a Canon EOS 20d DSLR :)) at the moment I only have the kit lens it came with but I've ordered an adaptor so that I can make use of my various Olympus OM-20 lenses... be warned, this does mean you are likely to be spammed with random photos. Had great fun with wolfie_sara and kathie_d (whatever they say, I was not trying to kill wolfie_sara or give them pneumonia....) this weekend. Lots of geekery, playing find the phone box that contained a slasher, and watching a bit of controversy spring up at the AGM. Got a phone call at 2pm telling me that the show was cancelled, so this means I've got an unexpected day off! So far all I've done though is trudge around Regent's Park in the snow, drop a film off to be developed (if all goes well I'll post them later) and wonder what to do with myself. I have returned home from a nice few days with my mum back home in Lancashire, we also visited my little brother who's studying Chemical Engineering over in Leeds.
