I just looked through a few albums on facebook from the boys and girls track teams back at my high school.  I managed the track and cross country teams my junior and senior years, and right now, I miss that something fierce.

Nostalgia can be a real kick in the gut sometimes.

I am determined not to cry myself to sleep.  We'll see how that goes.

My finger hurts.  Just the end bit past the last knuckle on my right middle finger.  Right around the fingernail.  I have no idea why, which is irritating in and of itself.  And typing is wretched because I always forget and use it and that hurts too.  It didn't hurt so much during the day today, but last night it was so uncomfortable it was quite  ( Read more... )

I miss my kitties!!! Kristy sent me an email with three pictures of her playing with her two kittens, which are adorable.

My natural reaction? I miss my kitties!!! It's hard. I've had cats my entire life. There have only been a few months in my life when I've only had one.
