Today, according to HRC, the Supreme Court finally decided it was time California became EQUAL. Prop 8 has been dismissed!  And the Defense Of Marriage Act (DOMA) has finally been recognized as unconstitutional.  Now EVERYONE in states where marriage equality has passed will now have their unions recognized at the Federal Level.

Obama smiles and loses...The Four fight and gain in polls.  Which means I am hopeful...

There is some really REALLY good news today!!  The rights of LGBT continue to be won, slowly but surely, now with the derective that prevents the deportation of someone because of their sexual orientation and Gov Jerry Brown doing the right thing for LGBT youth regarding 'conversion' therapy!  Check it out!
