Today, according to HRC, the Supreme Court finally decided it was time California became EQUAL. Prop 8 has been dismissed!  And the Defense Of Marriage Act (DOMA) has finally been recognized as unconstitutional.  Now EVERYONE in states where marriage equality has passed will now have their unions recognized at the Federal Level.
