  • Saturday: competition in Pirmasens -> long jump, javelin, discus

On Friday I went to bed at 6. To sleep until 2:30, then keep Silvio awake until 5 and sleep until 9 again. Saturday morning was difficult. Although my javelins flew fine. I improved my technique.
