What I did at the weekend.
Friday evening was Summer-barbecue with the LC Bingen. I was tired from work, but couldn't stay at home, because I had promised to come. We played soccer and enjoyed the sunny weather.
Saturday was cutting Silvio's hair. He looks a bit more "civilized" now :-) I'm getting better. He looks better every time and I'm also getting faster.
We also went shopping. Bought some clothes a present for my uncle who I'm going to visit in late September and a red scarf to wear with my black dress at the eurocorr conference. Looks nice.
Sunday was training. Some progress in high jump. This doesn't make me jump any higher, but my jumps look more professional now. (at least I believe so) There are only 4 trainings left until my next decathlon in Bad Nauheim and there's so much to do. I need some more exercise in all jumping disciplines, especially pole vault. I need one or two more shot-put-sessions and I desperately need hurdles-training...
Sunday was also sewing. I finished my trousers. They look fine, if I stand. I just shouldn't walk or sit down, because they look rather crappy then ;-)
And we collected some chicory (the blue flowers, not the salad) and rose hips.
And then, suddenly, the weekend was over.
