Well...my boss will have to talk to the VP of HR, who comes in in an hour, but she's thinking about moving me into the cubicle previously occupied by the guy who quit, hiring the runner-up from the round of interviews that brought me on to the property group, and having me help pick up the duties of the guy who left ( Read more... )

I walked in this morning to find...the person I work with the most other than my boss just quit. I knew he was a bit unhappy, but I didn't realize how much. I'm kind of upset, because he left everyone hanging--including me. We'll see how this goes.

Although I wanted to get to work by 7, I did manage to make it in before 8. Last week was disastrous as far as getting to work on time.

Now, I can't think. I know I have quite a bit of work to get done in three days, but I just can't seem to do it. I hope my tea will help.

My third interview went well. Unfortunately, they seemed very happy with me throughout the interview and then distant at the end, which I've never experienced. I was told that I'd be contacted on Tuesday. I did manage to get the assistant to agree to call me early with any hints of yays/nays so that I'd know how to respond on Sunday ( Read more... )
