For those of us who have to prepare for the preparation period of Lent, it starts in two weeks.

So, I decided it would be interesting to make a list of courses I've had to take at the various educational institutions which I have attended and place those courses in the "Liked it" or "Hated It" categories. Lists are included below.

I can't believe we're almost done with July. It doesn't seem like it's been that long since this year began. At least it's not dragging!

...the feel of soft slacks on my legs when I know my  legs are smooth, too...
...the satisfaction of a job well done on a closing assignment...
...knowing I have a restful weekend to which I can look forward...

Okay, so I'm obviously glad to celebrate that Jesus is risen. ("He is risen, indeed! Alleluia! Amen.") Unfortunately, that means that I am down three from my previous count of devotion meditations. I need to dig up that devotions book that Momma gave me...and maybe something with more meat to it for the days I really want to get into it.

I finally got around to trying Earl Grey and Lady Grey tea. I think I prefer Earl Grey, but it could just be that Twinings does better with Earl than Lady. I bought a combo pack including the two already mentioned, English Breakfast, and Irish Breakfast. I have not yet tried Irish Breakfast, but English Breakfast was quite a pleasant surprise.
