I went for a leisurely jog at east coast this morning. 
Leisurely because:
1. My body was wrecked in pain by backaches and cramps yday. It left me mostly bedridden and thankful that I don't have to suffer on an office chair in the cold office aircon. 
2. I'm totally out of shape.

More of reason 2 then 1, really.

New Year's Eve

Ee Maggie and Uncle Yoshi were in Singapore. For the first time ever, we all stayed up till past 12am. We popped sparkling juice, played mj, watched fireworks from the ships out in the sea and on the telly, and clowned around a lot. I laughed so hard till I cried.

House @ Dempsey saw a Flea Market. The young people thronging the area, were like.......fleas? So many flying around.

Helping out at gpa's wake meant a lot of sitting around the money box, as i diligently took up my position as deputy accountant. i brought my laptop down, for gaming purposes, and my sis and I ended up iPhoto-whoring.

My grandfather's passing was unexpected.

The whole hospital-Bintan Tri-wake-final send off episode was both heart-wrenching and heart-warming for me.

And now, life goes on as it always does. 

I've always enjoyed swimming, running and cycling. On 19 April, I recklessly took on all three, one after another, without any prior training. I woke up at 6.30am that Sunday, wolfed down a mixed nut bar, and picked Grace up. We headed to Carpark 7 at Changi Point and waited for the boys n bikes.

It's Chu San.

Roads were so empty today, I was speeding all the way to work.

The Office also emptied out quickly and by 7pm, it was a ghost town.

Then the journey back was equally speedy. I could have done a wheelie without endangering anyone on the empty roads.
