Besides all the physical improvements due to this fitness routine, I've been feeling more confident too. Knowing you are doing the best for your body, and triumphing over adversity has really helped my self confidence. I know that I can do something hard and stick with it, and move toward an attainable goal.
Woke up early to do today's exercise. Now I'm recovering and watching bad Saturday morning cartoons. Was the quality of cartoons better when I was a kid or was it simply I didn't get how corny they were? Probably a mixture of both.
