Day 4:
I sit here staring at my plate of turkey bacon and vegetables. I still crave carbs.
Did the yoga tonight and man, I can't balance worth crap. Also the intense constant burning in the arms and legs is rough. When I was lighter (like in middle school) I could probably do a lot of these things. With my limited range of motion now and extra poundage, it's tough.
The exercise felt like forever and I was constantly looking at the clock to see when it was over. Almost 2 hours to do this and my night is pretty much shot. Don't have much time except to eat, shower, and relax before going to sleep.
Tomorrow is Friday and I tend to go out then, so I'm a bit worried. I guess I can go eat lunch outside (protein and veggies only!) and then at night eat my tofu/tuna salad before going out. I will get hungry most likely. Maybe bring a snack?
I need to plan out what to eat next week. This week was tough with the choices so I need to go into the realm of fish and other things I don't eat too often.
