So, surgery is done on my right ear and I haven't heard much out of it for about 2 weeks now until it heals up. In the meantime, I'm experiencing all sorts of inconveniences, but at the same time, all the more experience for me to share with others. So far I'm healing well ( Read more... )

To keep details skim, at the end of this month, I will currently undergo surgery for my right ear and a month later, my left. I've taken the hearing test, met with my doctor twice, and it turns out that my hearing is fixable. So over the weekend I've been working to get together my vertical slice for senior project, in other words a small working piece of something to show and start off my project from. So I've been looking into Processing samples that I can possibly work off of since audio is a new area from me as far as Processing goes. By the end of the semester, I'd like to write a sketch where it'll pick up external audio and return manipulated audio using different channels.
