This weekend I went down to San Francisco to see some people. Akiva visited SF as well.

I met up with Akiva in the airport Friday night, and Boriss picked us up and drove us to the Watermelon. Then we drove about a mile north to pick up Em, and went to get some Thai food. Then we walked up some Aztec stairs in a park and played on a jungle gym ( Read more... )

I had an amazing weekend. It started Thursday night when I left Sherbrook to go to Michigan. I misread the bus schedule (or something; I'm still not very sure) and so missed the last 28X to the airport. In the cluster, mstephen said he would drive me to the airport. Today was glorious and wonderful. Most of the day wasn't amazing for any particular reason; more a slow subtle adding up of details that summed up into a great day. I got up at 8 to hand in calc homework and so had scads of free time. Then I was in the lounge foe a while, and then FLAC. After FLAC I came back the the lounge and had an excellent ( Read more... )
