As you probably know, I'm starting out as a DoS, and I just wanted to get a quick survey of what Cambridge undergraduates in Classics experienced in their first and second years. I'd be very grateful if you could spare five minutes to answer a few questions!

I think this is interesting and important - contains a petition about a Roman mosaic. I got this from a Classics e-mail list, and I think I'll be signing it myself. You know about the Antikythera Mechanism? Some people refer to it as a sort of astronomical calculator, and it was a way advanced piece of 2nd century BC kit (see?).
