Tonight's other TV recommendation is Demons: Gene Hunt fights vampires. What more could you want? It's on at 7ish on ITV1.

Just in case you didn't have enough demons in your life already (I'm thinking of fellow Apparitions watchers!) :)

Apparitions (first episode last night, BBC1, 9pm) was very good, I thought. It's a supernatural drama starring Martin Shaw, who plays a Catholic priest who ends up doing exorcisms. I thought the only reasons I'd be watching the forthcoming series Apparitions were that a) Martin Shaw is in it, and b) it sounds spooky.
