"No surgery" is the best thing I can say about my ortho appointment yesterday. What can I say that was good? The PT was correct: It IS a frozen shoulder, among other things. Frozen shoulders are interesting; if you Google them, a chart comes up that shows you the duration. I, as usual, am off the chart. I should be in the thawing process already. I ( Read more... )

Today's big excitement was a shower. It took me about half an hour, after which I had to sit down, in the shower stall. I was pretty sure I was going to pass out. The pain of my whole arm was just too much. I couldn't do my shoulder exercises; it was all I could do to get soap off. I am definitely getting worse every day.
