Ow. I so totally shouldn't have walked so far today. Or if I was going to, I shoulda done the ice as soon as I got home (cause standing around on a pool deck for 4 hours straight wearing sandels with little to no arch support never agrees very much with the tendonitis, either) and *then* gone for a walk after some of the swelling had gone down. Any of you science/biology types know the name of the tendon that goes across the arch of your foot? Not the Achilles or the one that connects you calf to the bottom-ish part of your heel, but the one right across your arch that you can see taunting up whenever you flex your foot?
