There are times when it's good to try and fall asleep, and times when you know you shouldn't even bother.

I don't know what it is I want to be writing right now, but I want to write something, and neither 'Men Enough' nor 'Threnody' are calling me. I suppose I could always curl up with a theory book and take notes, but it is Friday night and the thought of working on my theory is enough to make me want to go to bed and not get out of it for a day.
