My friend and I decided to go for pho, and I wanted to try a place along Kingsway, but when we got there the restaurant was closed until the end of the month. Super sad. We'd decided to go to Phnom Penh to celebrate one of our friend's promotion :) So we had a party of 8 that was raring for the chicken wings, hehe.
