Meditations: Past Life Mediation
Get Comfortable, either lay down or sit with feet flat on the ground.
Close your eyes and focus on breathing
Breath in 1-2-3-4-5
Breath out 1-2-3-4-5 (Repeat both step as much as needed)
Repeat the breathing as many times as you need until forget all that going on around you.
Focus on the blackness in front of you
