Mediation 2: Chakras

Get Comfortable, either lie down or sit with feet flat on the ground. (You can also do this one while taking a bath.)

Close your eyes and focus on breathing

Breath in 1-2-3-4-5

Breath out 1-2-3-4-5 (Repeat both step as much as needed)

Repeat the breathing as many times as you need until forget all that going on around you.

Focus on the blackness in front of you. The darkness, no light allow it to slowly fade. Dissolve. Dissipate. You are standing in front of a door. It is white with a silver handle.

You twist the handle and open the door.

As you walk in the room, the light automatically turns on as you noticed an in-ground bath tub. You also notice that the room wall panels are all mirrors and there are mirrors on the ceiling as well.

You look in the mirror as you noticed that you are wearing a fluffy robe in your favorite color. You take off the robe (You are nude or wearing a bathing suit depending on your comfort zone.) You walk straight down the steps into the bath tub. The water is clear; it’s warm and inviting. You lay flat just floating on the water as you just relax. You close your eyes. . .

You see your body is aligned and glowing with a faint light as you are laying in pure white room.

You then see seven glowing balls of light each a different color in the line of a rainbow . . . red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

The RED sphere is located near the groin as it is the sex and intimacy Chakra. If there is any shadow or black dirt on the sphere then you have problems or questions or doubts in that area. Take a deep breath as you let the ball bounce again the white wall allowing the black spots be cleanse on the white wall. (The black spots will appear on the white wall and go off the red sphere.) When the red ball is completely clear it will realign and then you focus on the next Chakra.

The ORANGE sphere is located near the bellybutton, and it is the confident as well as the stomach Charka. If you have self-esteem, confidence or creativity issues this Chakra will have many black spots. If you have stomach problems you will want to cleanse this Chakra. You take a deep breath again and just the let the ball bounce again the white wall just as you did with the red sphere.

The YELLOW sphere is located close to the bottom rib and refers to the happiness, creativity as well, and fights against depression, so I would personally call it the sun Chakra. It can also help with health problems of spine, spleen, liver, and skin. Just breathe and repeat allowing the sphere to bounce across the room cleansing the dark spots.

The GREEN sphere is located near the heart, and it refers to the emotions, compassion, and love (if you have heartache, this Chakra could be black.) It also helps heart and lungs health problems as well.

The BLUE sphere is located over the throat and it is for communication issues and sore throats. I also read that it can be connected to money issues as well as travel.

The INDIGO sphere located on the forehead, right between the eyes. It represents the third eye as well as your intuition. If you have self-doubt, spiritual issues, headaches that refer to eyes, eye problems this is the Chakra to cleanse.

The VIOLET or PURPLE sphere is the located near the top of your head. It represents wisdom, knowledge, and life force energy. If you have issues with the skull or brain then this is the Chakra you need to cleanse.

First of all some Chakras will take longer than other to cleanse, just be calm and patient. You allow the Chakras to faint back into your body.

When all of the Chakras are cleanse and realigned, then you slowly open your spiritual eyes to see that the water under you is now dirty. Then you slowly get out as you watch the dirty water drain taking all of the issues and you put your soft robe back on and walk out of the door refreshed.

When you want to come back: walk through the door you entered, and then closed it behind you. Then you need to  focus on the blackness, the darkness. Focus on the Darkness. Focus on the breathing. . .

Repeat the breathing as many times as you need until forget all that going on around you.

And slowly open your eyes.  Now how better do you feel?
