Went with 1 de ESO to Gibraltar on Wednesday last week, then Sevilla on Thursday. I had so much fun! Both because being with the 1 de ESO class was good (the kids behaved well, and it was fun to talk with them outside of a classroom setting) and because I had never seen Gibraltar, which was fun. Oh man, I am super quemada on my cara. I went to Virgen de Guía which is a recreational park about 2 km from Hinojosa. I just got back from a science class with the bilingual class. They have an exam coming up about properties of matter and SI units, so today I quized them. They have these little individual whiteboards that they love to use to play these kinds of games. For example, I say, "Give me an example of an SI unit for volume" and they write one on their ( Read more... )

So today I gave a lesson in the bilingual class's English class. I gave out a worksheet about halloween (that I made myself) as well as a bit of literature that I pieced together from wikipedia.
