Very stressful at work right now. People are sick, on vacation or out on medical leave so we're short staffed. I'm not dealing well with it. What do you get when you combine monkey cake/bread with doughnut holes? ...Yeah, that's I thought of, too. I decided to go with "monkey knuckles" instead. Basically, cinnamon plus brown sugar over dough. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. I may or may not make a syrup to dip them in. I haven't made up my mind. Yesterday I had a "Hihowareyou?" doctor's visit. My cholesterol is good. My glucose was a little high but I had eaten maybe an hour before the blood was drawn so there's the reason for that. I had lost five pounds since last visit. Yeah, the same five pounds I always lose/gain ( Read more... )

Slept like utter shit last night. Dad was trying to get the basement in order for the guys installing the heater/AC unit. That included vacuuming. :S Then his buddy BT came over.
