I've been really getting back into just straight ahead graphite drawing again. Something with just a handful of pencils, my fingers all covered in various shades of black and grey from smudging and smearing and working those shades into the paper, and an eraser for highlighting gets me so lost into the artwork. I've been out of action for the past week or so due to horrible gnawing pain in my left shoulder due to some arthritis, so the doodling and such has been at it's minimum. I'm tempted to rig up some kind of contraption like Frida Kahlo had so I could get some work done!

Mostly what you see posted here is my illustration work, stuff done in pen, pencil and such, but I also like to experiment around in photoshop, or with water colors, acrylics and even in oil. But drawing is my strongest asset. Yet, I am constantly trying to broaden my skills, such as this painting I've been working on-

Well, the slow process of starting to box up stuff for the move keeps being interrupted by spurts of drawing. Inspired by the comix,records,magz n' such that clutter up The Ragzpad. I'm in a complete haze, due to my insomnia, that seemz not even a dose of Ambien can defeat. I've got some supernatural physicallity that seems to be resistant to anything that would normally knock a regular human out, but instead left me loopy, hallucinating and a trite bit horny.
